In the realm of Family Support Work recruitment, Eavan uses effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that the best candidates are attracted and selected. Additionally, Eavan manages solicitor referrals by handling initial enquiries for assessments, gathering detailed case information to ensure the most suitable and available experts with the appropriate experience and specialism are matched. Furthermore, Eavan serves as the main point of contact for Family Support workers, overseeing the timely submission of their reports each week and ensuring smooth communication throughout.
